Forever Friends

Last night we had the honor of welcoming into the world Lauri and Jesse's little girl, Alice. How special that Lauri and I each had a little girl, just one year apart from each other. :) I have a feeling they will be forever friends, just like her and I. Congratulations Lauri and Jesse, you have a beautiful baby girl! And Alice, you have a new little friend who cannot wait to play with you in a few months!!

 

 

 

4 years :)

Four years ago today, we said "I Do" to start the rest of our lives together. One year ago today, Josh and I received the best Anniversary gift we could ever imagine...bringing home our baby girl for the very first time. Happy Anniversary My Love...

Emily Jane's 1st Birthday

Yesterday our baby turned one year old....*Sigh* We just can't believe how fast this year has gone. Josh and I are so proud of our little girl and feel so blessed that God chose us as her parents. And we've had so much fun celebrating with her these last few days. On Sunday we had our families over for a "little" party and due to the rain somehow fit 49 people in our house! Whew! 11 months!

Is it possible?! Emmy is going to be a year old next week??? My how this year has flown! She is learning and growing so fast! Just within this last week she has started walking! Such a big girl :) Here are a few quick pictures from this past month. (Sorry they're a little blurry, she is constantly on the move now!) We'll have LOTS more of her birthday so stay tuned! 

10 months!

August flew by!! I can't believe Emmy will be 11 months old on Saturday! We are amazed every day at how much our little girl is growing up! She is doing so well and still such a happy baby. And so far, we haven't come across anything that she doesn't like to eat! She is also busy "walking" with her diaper box, (her new favorite game) and making us laugh with her funny faces. You are such a joy Emmy Jane and we love you so very much!
